CORACINI HOUSE

THIS HOUSE IS DIVIDED INTO 3 BLOCKS THAT ARE VISIBLE FROM THE OUTSIDE, THAT FOLLOW A PROGRAMME OF USES.

THE FIRST BLOCK, LOCATED ON THE GROUND FLOOR, IS IDENTIFIED BY THE GLASS FRAMES THROUGHOUT ITS PERIMETER AND CORRESPONDS TO THE SOCIAL AREAS.

THE SECOND BLOCK, ALSO ON THE GROUND FLOOR, IS IDENTIFIED BY THE BLACK COLOR AND CORRESPONDS TO THE SERVICE AREAS, COMPROMISING: KITCHEN, BARBECUE, LAUNDRY, STORAGE AND TOILET).
THE GREY COLOUR IDENTIFIES THE THIRD BLOCK, LOCATED ON THE SECOND FLOOR, AND CORRESPONDS TO THE INTIMATE AREA, COMPROMISING: STUDY ROOM, LINEN CUPBOARD, AND 3 SUITES WITH BATHROOM AND CLOSET EACH ONE.

THE INTIMATE AREA BLOCK OCCUPIES THE ENTIRE PROJECTION OF THE HOUSE ON THE GROUND AND, DUE TO THE DISPLACEMENT OF THE SOCIAL AND SERVICE BLOCKS, CREATES SHELTER FOR CAR PARKING AND BALCONIES.

AT THE BACK OF THE SITE IS LOCATED THE LEISURE AND SWIMMING POOL AREA, FULLY INTEGRATED WITH THE DINNING ROOM AND THE KITCHEN OF THE RESIDENCE.
